Pumped Fitness Account and Data Deletion

Pumped Fitness is operated by Punk Labs LLC. You can permanently delete your Pumped Fitness account and associated data directly in the app or request help if you cannot access the app.

DELETE IN THE APP

  1. 1. Sign in to the Pumped Fitness account you want to delete.
  2. 2. Open Profile, then Settings.
  3. 3. Open Data Management and choose Delete Account.
  4. 4. Review the deletion notice, confirm the account, type the displayed confirmation phrase, and choose Permanently Delete.
  5. 5. If prompted, confirm your Google or Apple identity. If a provider or network step fails, the app reports an incomplete attempt. Some data may already have been deleted and account access may be limited; retry in the app when available or contact support@pumpedapp.net. Retrying does not restore data already deleted.

REQUEST DELETION WITHOUT APP ACCESS

Email support@pumpedapp.net. If practical, write from the email address associated with the Pumped Fitness account; if you used an Apple private-relay address or cannot access that inbox, write from an address you control and include the account email. Use the subject "Pumped Fitness Account Deletion Request" and include:

  • - The account email address.
  • - Whether you used email/password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple.
  • - A short statement that you want the Pumped Fitness account and associated data permanently deleted.

Do not send your password, authentication code, government identifier, medical record, or other unnecessary sensitive information. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify that you control the account. You do not need to create a new account to submit a request.

WHAT DELETION COVERS

Deleting your Pumped account or uninstalling the app does not cancel your Apple subscription. Manage or cancel separately at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. You do not have to cancel a subscription before requesting account deletion.

Starting account deletion blocks new trial-reminder work and triggers asynchronous removal of the account's reminder mappings and delivery records. It cannot recall a message already accepted by the email provider or erase messages already in your inbox. Apple's transaction records and Resend's retained copies follow their separate retention and deletion processes described in the Privacy Policy. Contact support@pumpedapp.net for help requesting removal of provider-held data.

After a verified deletion succeeds, Pumped Fitness deletes known account-linked profile and settings documents, workout and exercise-history records, routines, hydration information, plans and progress records, Mental feature records and events, user-owned Firebase Storage files such as the optional profile photo, and the Firebase Authentication account. The in-app flow also clears local account data and requests immediate cancellation of local workout notifications and Live Activities on that device.

If iOS temporarily refuses device cleanup during automatic deletion after Apple reports a revoked Sign in with Apple credential, Pumped Fitness may keep a minimal device-only cleanup marker containing an all-workout cleanup scope and one or more random native notification identifiers required for exact cancellation. It contains no account or workout-session identifier and no fitness, health, profile, hydration, planning, or Mental feature content, is not uploaded, and is removed as soon as automatic cleanup succeeds. A pending notification or Live Activity may remain visible until that retry succeeds or the operating system expires it.

Pumped Fitness retains a minimal pseudonymous deletion-control marker at the former Firebase user identifier to prevent stale clients from recreating deleted records. It contains no profile, photo, workout, hydration, planning, or Mental feature content. Limited security or crash logs, support communications, legally required records, and residual service-provider backup copies may remain only as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

CONNECTED HEALTH

Disabling Connected Health stops future exports. Before an Android in-app deletion or app-data reset, Pumped Fitness makes a best-effort attempt to delete that account's exported Health Connect workouts while permission and Health Connect remain available. You can review or delete any remaining exported records directly in Apple Health or Health Connect. An email deletion request cannot clear app data or notifications from a device that Punk Labs LLC cannot access.
